Product Description
This phospholipase is a biological agent refined by using excellent strains of liquid deep fermentation, ultrafiltration and other processes. It is an enzyme that can hydrolyze glycerol phospholipids in living organisms. It can be divided into 5 categories according to the different positions of its hydrolyzed phospholipids: Phospholipase A1, Phospholipase A2, Phospholipase B, Phospholipase C, phospholipase D. This hospholipase has a wide temperature and pH range, and is widely used in the food industry.

pH Range : 4.0-8.0
Inactivation condition: Inactivate for 20 minutes at 90℃
