Product

1.Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Different products have different MOQ, please consult customer service for details.

2.What is your packaging? 

The package of powder is always 25kg/drum, the inner layer is double waterproof plastic bags. For small bags, we use Aluminum foil bag and water-proof bags inside.
The package of liquid is 190kg/big iron bucket, 25kg/ plastic bucket, and Aluminum bottle for small quantities.
For OEM products, we supply different size and design of bags or bottles.

3.Can I get some free sample?

We are happy to provide samples free of charge, you only need to pay for the shipping cost. Please consult customer service for details.

4.How is your R & D capacity?

Our R & D department has a total of 6 personnel, and 4 of them have more than ten years of industry experience. In addition, our company has established R & D cooperation with 14 universities and research institutions in China. Our flexible R & D mechanism and excellent strength can satisfy customers’ requirements.

Payment

1.What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?

We accept Bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal, Money gram and Alipay.
In addition, 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment.
More payment methods depend on your order quantity.

Shipment

1.Do you guarantee safe and reliable delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high-quality packaging for shipping. We also use special dangerous packaging for dangerous goods, and certified refrigerated shippers for temperature-sensitive goods. Specialized packaging and non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional costs.

2.How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way.

3.What are your transportation methods?

We support FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, Sea shipping and Air shipping. In addition, we have our special transport line to different countries.

4.What is the average lead time?

For small orders, the lead time is about 5-7working days.
For mass production, the lead time is 10-20 days after receiving deposit payment.
It depends on different products and requirements from clients.

1.How does your factory make sure the product quality?

From raw material to finish products, our company has strict quality control process.

2.Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis /TDS; MSDS; Origin, and other export documents where required.
