1 Whitening
Tetrahydrocurcumin can effectively inhibit tyrosinase, slow down the production of melanin, and more effective than kojic acid, arbutin, vitamin C and other whitening agents. At the same time, the powerful antioxidant activity of tetrahydrocurcumin can also delay the generation of melanin, thus brightening the skin and achieving whitening effect. A foreign study randomized 50 subjects in a double-blind placebo-controlled trial, researchers found that in the whitening formula, 0.25% tetrahydrocurcumin cream is more effective and safer than 4% hydroquinone (skin bleaching agent banned in cosmetics) cream.
